Just got it this week, Seems very well made and fairly easy to install. I consider myself very non-mechanical and I was able to do it without too much trouble.
I got the keypad version and it has a fast unlocking mechanism. A little expensive but I think the quality justifies it.

I have thought about mounting both my Shotgun and AR, but haven't had anything as good as the Vara RACT Biometric! It was easy to assemble and install. Now I have peace of mind knowing that, if the shit hits the fan, my firearm will be easy to access by me and only me!!
